"The More Homes We Sell, The More We Do For Our Community"
It All Started In 2007...
In 2005, we were very fortunate and blessed to be able to help start Sherwood's Relay For Life Event, the signature fundraising event for the American Cancer Society. Having been volunteers for several years already for the American Cancer Society, and being very passionate about helping find a cure someday for cancer, raising money to help end this ugly disease has been a big part of our lives.
We also wanted to do something locally for a family in need where all money raised could be donated directly to the family. In 2007, one week before Easter, we held our 1st Benefit Egg hunt.
Originally, our benefit egg hunt was not intended to be for only families affected by cancer. Sadly, it was not hard to find one that had not been.
Organizing this event for our community is one way we are teaching our boys to "give back locally" and that you can make a difference, wherever you live.
